摘　　要：Q345EL热轧钢带出现冲压开裂分层现象,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜对开裂处进行分析,发现开裂处有大量的夹杂物,结合炼钢生产实际,提出改进冶炼工艺和提高钢水纯净度的措施。By metallographic microscope and scanning electron, microscopy （SEM）, the drawing cracking and lamination phenomenon was analyzed, and it w^is found that, there were a large number of inclusions at cracked locations, and combined with the actual process of steelmaking production, the measures to improve the smelting process and increase the purity of molten steel were put forward.
