摘　　要：针对一起电能表计量异常案例,运用相位伏安表测试和相量图分析方法,找出故障原因,并提出了相应防范措施。Aiming at the common problems occurred in the field application process of scrap cutter, combining with the analysis on the structure and shearing process of scrap cutter, through the transformation and optimization in the fixed form of shear box, the problems influencing the cutting efficiency, such as the steel-blocking and channeling of scrap cutter and the shedding of shear box, were effectively solved, and the cutting quality and efficiency were improved.
