穴位贴敷结合穴位按摩治疗呼吸系统疾病的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷结合穴位按摩治疗呼吸系统慢性疾病的效果。方法选取2015年6月至2016年5月在我院呼吸内科住院的哮病、喘病、肺胀患者共96例为研究对象,随机分为观察组、对照组1及对照组2,各32例。基础治疗为抗菌消炎、解痉平喘、氧疗等常规治疗及护理,对照组1同时给予穴位按摩疗法,对照组2同时给予穴位贴敷法,观察组给予穴位贴敷结合穴位按摩疗法,治疗及护理干预结束后观察比较三组患者咳、痰、喘、胸闷、呼吸困难等症状、改善情况治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.75%,对照组1总有效率为68.75%,对照组2总有效率为75.00%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组1和对照组2,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷结合穴位按摩能有效改善呼吸系统疾病患者咳、痰、喘等症状,有利于患者的早日康复,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of aeupoint sticking combined with point massage in me treatment of respiratory diseases. Methods Ninety-six patients with asthma and lung distension from June 2015 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected as the objects, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 1,control group 2, with 32 cases in each group. All the patients were given foundation treatment by antibacterial anti-inflammatory, spasmolysis and asthma, oxygen therapy and conventional treatment nursing; control group 1 was additively given point massage therapy, control group 2 was additively treated with acupoint sticking, the observation group was given combination treatment. The improvement of signs and symptoms such as cough, phlegm, wheezing, chest tightness and the clinical effect of the three groups after treatment and nursing intervention were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 92. 75%; the total effective rate in control group 1 was 68.75%; the total effective rate in control group 2 was 75.00%, the observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group 1 and control group 2, the differences showed statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of combination with point massage can effectively improve the respiratory system disease in patients with cough, phlegm, wheezing, will help patients recover earlier and improve life quality of patients.
