摘　　要：目的探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的护理措施。方法选取我院2014年4月至2016年4月剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的患者160例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组;对照组80例给予一般常规护理,观察组80例在一般常规护理的基础上增加护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者平均住院时间、阴道出血量、疾病治愈率、护理满意度均优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠采用护理干预可提高患者生活质量和治疗效果,减少术后并发症,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the nursing intervention measures of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section. Methods One hundred and sixty cases of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given the nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results The average hospital stay, vaginal bleeding volume, cure rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications of the observation group was better than thot of the control group, the difference between the two groups had statistical significance nursing intervention of cesarean scar pregnancy after cesarean section is helpful to enhance the efficacy and reduce the postoperative complications. It is worth popularization and application in （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The quality of life, increase the clinic.
