摘 要:目的了解肠球菌感染分布特点及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物控制病原菌感染提供依据。方法对2010年12月至2015年12月临床送检全部标本采用梅里埃VITEK2全自动微生物仪进行菌株鉴定及药敏试验,个别药物用K-B纸片扩散法检测抗菌药物敏感性。采用SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 5年共分离粪肠球菌423株、屎肠球菌191株,主要分布于尿液、痰液、泌尿生殖道分泌物和血液中。粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌对利奈唑胺、替考拉宁、万古霉素有很好的敏感性。结论粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌主要分布在尿液中,耐药率不断升高,近几年更出现了对万古霉素耐药的菌株,临床医生应该加强对粪肠球菌和屎肠球菌耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物,从而提高治疗效果。Objective To understand the distribution characteristics and drug resistance of the Enterococcus infection ,and pro‐vide the basis for rational use of antimicrobial agents in the clinical use of antimicrobial agents .Methods Clinical specimens in hos‐pital from December 2011 to December 2015 were enrolled in this study .Stain identification and drug susceptibility testing were car‐ried on by VITEK 2 Compact automatic microbe instrument ,several drug analysis was used by K‐B disk diffusion method to detect drug susceptibility .Statistics was analysed by SPSS18 .0 .Results 423 strains of Enterococcus faecal and 191 of Enterococcus faeci‐um have been isolated in the last 5 years ,they were mainly distributed in the urine ,genital secretions ,sputum ,blood .As for antibac‐terial drugs ,they were highly sensitive to linezolid ,teicoplanin ,vancomycin .Conclusion Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium are mainly distributed in the urine ,the resistance rate of rising in recent years .Clinicians should strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance and rational use of antibiotics in order to improve the effectiveness of treatment .
