摘 要:目的探讨CD4^+CD25^+CD127^(low/-)调节性T细胞和转化生长因子β在急性脑出血患者外周血中的表达及其相关性。方法采用流式细胞术检测33例试验组急性脑出血患者和30例健康对照者的外周血CD4^+CD25^+CD127^(low/-)调节性T细胞百分率,同时采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测63例研究对象的血清转化生长因子β(TGF-β)表达水平,将所得数据进行统计分析。结果试验组CD4+CD25+T细胞百分率、CD4^+CD25^+CD127^(low/-)调节性T细胞百分率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组TGF-β表达水平与对照组相比显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。分析急性脑出血患者的调节性T细胞数量、TGF-β表达水平与临床指标,发现其与体温、白细胞相关性不大,与空腹血糖和血压具有明显的相关性。结论急性脑出血患者CD4^+CD25^+CD127^(low/-)调节性T细胞数量异常减少可能与其免疫功能紊乱相关。Objective To discuss expressions of CD4+CD25+CD127low/- of regulatory T cells and transforming growth factor β(TGF‐β) of peripheral blood in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and their correlation .Methods The percent rates of CD4+CD25+CD127low/- of regulatory T cells in 33 cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (experimental group) and 30 cases of healthy control group were detected by flow cytometry ,and the expression levels of serum TGF‐βof the 63 research subjects were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay at the same time .The experimental data were carried out by statistical analysis .Re‐sults The percent rate of CD4+CD25+ T cells and CD4+CD25+CD127low/- of regulatory T cells in the experiment group were sig‐nificantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0 .05) .The expression level of TGF‐βin the experiment group was significantly increased compared with that in the control group (P〈0 .05) .The regulatory T cell number ,expression levels of TGF‐βand clinical indexes in the patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were analyzed ,and it was found that the indexes were not related to body temperature ,white blood cell almost ,which were obviously related to the levels of fasting blood glucose and blood pressure .Conclu‐sion The abnormal reduction of number of CD4+ CD25+ CD127low/- of regulatory T cells in patients with acute cerebral hemor‐rhage may be related to the immune function disorder .
