摘　　要：目的探讨夏天无滴丸的镇痛、抗炎、免疫增强作用。方法采用热板法、醋酸扭体法、鼠耳肿胀法、大鼠炎性肉芽肿增生法、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验。结果夏天无滴丸对冰醋酸诱发的小鼠扭体反应均有明显的抑制作用;对小鼠的痛阈值有提高;对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀具有明显的抑制作用,并呈明显的量效关系;各剂量对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能均有明显的促进作用,作用呈一定的量效关系。结论夏天无滴丸具有镇痛、抗炎与免疫增强的作用。Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Corydalis Decumbens Dropping Pills.M ethods Hot plate,acetic acid body turning,mouse ear swelling model,inflammatory granuloma hyperplasia in rats,mice macrophage cell consume chicken red blood cell tests were used.Results Corydalis Decumbens Dropping Pills had obvious inhibitory effect on the body torsion reaction induced by acetic acid;the pain threshold of mice was increased;had obvious inhibitory effect on the mouse ear swelling caused by xylene and showed clear dose-response relationship.All dose of Corydalis Decumbens Dropping Pills had obvious promoting effect on phagocytic function of macrophage and a certain dose-response relationship.C onclusion Corydalis Decumbens Dropping Pills has analgesic,anti-inflammatory effect and can improve immune function
