摘　　要：目的探讨医院药房口服药品拆零过程的细节因素,保证药品质量和用药安全。方法分析口服药品拆零过程中的人员因素、环境因素、拆分包装的过程、拆零数量的控制及正确识别方法等细节。结果将拆零过程中各方面细节工作做好,是保证药品质量的关键。结论从实际工作总结的拆零药品管理措施规范、细致、全面,可为医院提供思路与方法。Objective To investigate the detailed factors in ensuring quality during the detachment of oral medicine in hospital pharmacies.M ethods The detailed factors during the detachment of oral medicine such as human factor,environmental factor,the process of detachment,the control of the amount,the correct identification method were studied.Results The key to ensuring the drug quality is to pay enough attention to the details during detachment.Conclusion The result based on the work practice suits for the management of the detachment of the hospital and can provide thoughts and methods for the management of medicine detachment for other hospitals.
