摘 要:通过对长沙市健身俱乐部健身私人教练的现状调查发现,在长沙市健身俱乐部健身私人教练性别比例失调、从业时间普遍不长、服务项目不明确;私人教练的薪酬不稳定,且私人教练薪酬之间的差距大、教练员的招聘制度实施不够严格;私人教练会员的购买能力近几年有很大提高,科学健身的意识增强;长沙市健身私人教练片面追求经济利益,忽视自身能力的提高;健身私人教练培训机构种类繁多,认证情况混乱,缺乏权威性。有关管理部门应尽快出台规范健身私人教练员职业操守的管理文件;提高女性私人教练的比例;完善教练员的薪酬体系,适度提高固定工资和福利;尽快建立健身私人教练行业协会;建立权威的健身私人教练职业资格认证制度,规范健身私人教练培训市场等。An investigation and analysis on the current situation of personal trainers in C has found the following results: (1) the sex proportion of personal trainers is not wen-balanced; their experience is generally are big lowed; limited; and the items of their services are not clear; (2) the private coaches are not paid regulatedly; and there gaps between the salaries of personal trainers; the recruitment standard for personal trainers is not strictly fol- (3) the purchasing power of personal trainers has greatl~~ improved in recent years, and the awareness of body-building in a scientific way is enhanced; (4) Changsha's personal trainers have been pursuing economic interests by every means, ignoring the development of their own competence; (5) there are many and various training institu- tions of personal trainers; the institutions of accreditation, which often confuse the public, usually lack authority. Stud- increase in the fixed salary and welfare is necessary; (4) a personal trainers' association should be set up as soon as pos- sible; (5) an authoritative mechanism of accreditation for personal trainers' professional qualification certification system must be established to standardize the training market for personal trainers.
