摘 要:介绍了一种新型的由多节增阻结构组成的自行进式隧道掘进机。分析了此类型掘进机在土中和岩石中依靠分布式增阻结构提供的推力实现自行进的可行性。该新型掘进机与现有可用于煤矿巷道的机械相比较,除具有全断面掘进机共有的施工速度快的优点外,还具有在煤矿采区的煤岩层巷道快速施工的特征;与岩石掘进机(TBM)撑靴式增阻相比,其外壁上布置更多增阻块的分布式增阻,能在直径相同、推力相等时的额定接地压力仅为TBM的1/3左右,因此更加适用于围岩强度偏低特性的煤矿巷道。This paper introduces a new kind of self-advancing machine composed by the multiple resistance section. The self-advancing feasibility of the type machine which depends on the thrust by distributed-resistance section in soil and rock is analyzed. Compared with the existing machinery used in coal mine roadway, the new type machine has the same advantages of high-speed construction, in addition,it possesses unique characteristics of rapid construction in coal mining roadway of coalmine winning district. In contrast with gripper shoe structural part of TBM, self-advancing machine which adopts more resistance section in the outer wall incurs the rated contact pressure which is only about 1/3 of TBM under the certain condition of the same diameter and equal thrust, thus the self-advancing machine is more applicable to coal mine roadway whose strength of wall rock is lower.
