摘 要:以新街台格庙矿区盾构施工煤矿斜井工程为依托,针对其高水压问题,在分析现有成果的基础上,提出分段注浆止水、卸水降压措施。基于流-固耦合作用机理,通过使用FLAC^(3D)有限差分软件,对分段注浆止水效果进行研究。研究结果证明:本工程条件下,分段注浆止水方式能够限制孔隙水压力<0.54MPa,主应力<4.40MPa,位移<0.980mm,满足隧道管片安全性要求,同时达到良好的止水效果,较好地解决了工程问题。Based on a coal mine inclined shaft (constructed by shield machine) in Taigemiao of Xinjie, on the basis of relevant literature, waterproofing with section grouting and water pressure reducing are put forward to deal with the unique high water pressure problems. Based on fluid-solid coupling mechanism, the effect of waterproofing technology with section grouting is analyzed by finite difference software (FLAC3D). The results show that the waterproofing mode with section grouting can limit the pore water pressure lower than 0.54MPa, the principal stress lower than 4.50MPa and displacement below 0. 980mm, which can meet the security requirement of tunnel segment lining structure, have a good effect on water stopping and excellently solve the engineering problems.
