摘 要:研究了混凝土强度、质量吸水率、电通量三者之间的关系,以及不同涂层对混凝土抗渗透性能的影响。结果表明:混凝土质量吸水率、电通量与强度存在紧密联系,而质量吸水率与电通量具有更加密切的相关性。C30标准试件的混凝土电通量约是C80的4倍,即意味着C30混凝土需4cm厚才能达到1cm厚C80混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性水平,因此在工程中应结合密实度(电通量)调节现行设计规范中混凝土保护层的设计值。混凝土表面经不同涂层处理后均能改善其抗渗透能力,其中环氧有机硅防水耐酸漆处理效果最好。The relations among concrete compressive strength, concrete water absorption and electric flux were researched, and which was the effect of different coating on the permeability resistance of concrete. It shows that there is a close connection among the three, and the correlation is even stronger between concrete water absorption and electric flux. The results also show the electric flux of C30 is about four times that of C80 under the condition of same thickness, which means the thickness of C30 is needed to be 4cm, for achieving the chloride-penetration resistance level of C80, whose thickness is l cm. Therefore, the concrete density (electric flux) should be considered when designing concrete cover according to the current design code. Moreover, the performance of the permeability resistance is improved as a result of the surface treatment on concrete, and silicone epoxy waterproof acid-resistant paint has the better result in this paper.
