摘 要:通过青枯菌无毒菌株AXY22和苯并噻二唑(BTH)诱导、接种和诱导再接种试验,研究处理后的桉树抗青枯病相关酶即过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化物酶(PPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果显示,诱接处理后桉树叶中这4种酶活性提高最大,在高峰时分别高于对照75%,85%,17%,21.6%,而MDA的含量一直在降低,5d后达到最小值,比对照低33%;诱导和接种处理后酶活性也显著提高,均高于对照;表明POD,PPO,SOD,PAL酶活性与桉树对青枯病的抗性呈正相关,而MDA呈负相关。诱导再接种处理后能够显著提高桉树对桉树青枯病的诱抗作用,这为将诱导抗性应用于桉树青枯病的防治提供了理论依据。The changes in activities of peroxidase(POD),polyphenoloxidas(PPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),phenylalanine ammonialyas(PAL)and content of malondialdehyde(MDA)of Eucalyptus treated by AXY22 + BTH inoculation alone,bacteria inoculation alone or combined induction and inoculation were studied.The results showed that the combined induction and inoculation treatment achieved the highest enhanced enzyme activities,which were 75%,85%,17% and 21.6% higher than those of the controls for POD,PPO,SOD and PAL respectively.The content of MDA,on the other hand,declined and reached its minimum value on the5 th day,which was 33%lower than that of the control.The enzyme activities in the treatments of induction alone and inoculation alone were also significantly enhanced.The activities of POD,PPO,SOD and PAL were positively correlated with the induced resistance,but the content of MDA was negatively correlated with the disease resistance of eucalyptus.
