摘　　要：山东陆岛客运运输是山东水运的重要组成部分。鉴于山东半岛海岸线狭长、沿海岛屿分布较多、各地陆岛交通发展不一等诸多不安全因素,以构建山东陆岛客运运输安全机制为核心目标,在对沿海陆岛客运现状进行调研与统计分析的基础上,结合省外陆岛客运安全管理机制建设情况,参考国外成功的管理经验,构建山东沿海陆岛客船运输安全机制,以期为决策部门提供参考和借鉴,同时也为其它沿海省市陆岛客运安全管理提供先进管理经验。Passenger transportation in land is an important part of water transport in Shandong province. In view of some unsafe sectors, such as the coastline of is long and narrow, more coastal islanding lies and the traffic development diversified in different land island. And based on statistical analysis and research of the present situation of coastal island ＇s transportation,to get a core goal for the mechanism, combining the construction of safe management in other provinces and reference of foreign successful management experience, the Transport Security Mechanism of Passenger ships in coastal island is built to provide reference for Decision-making Departments, as well as other coastal cities could consult some advanced management experience by the mechanism.
