海工平台建造中的质量风险及应对

摘　　要：海工平台建造周期主要分为经营接单、技术设计、设备采购、生产建造和最终的质量检验等五个阶段。质量风险是海工平台建造过程中的一项重要风险,分布在海工平台的整个建造周期中。及时对质量风险进行分析控制,找出应对措施,可以有效降低建造成本,缩短建造周期,减少项目交付后的质量投诉和索赔。Quality risk is an important risk in the process of offshore platform construction. During the offshore platform construction phase： contract stage,technical design stage, equipment procurement stage, production construction stage and final stage of quality inspection, through timely analysis and control the quality risk, and find out the appropriate measures, we can effectively reduce the construction cost, shorten the construction period, reduce the project delivery quality complaints and claims.
