摘　　要：历经百余年的迅速发展,管理学的理论构建和学术讨论成绩斐然。在这期间,诸多理论视角和学派门类齐聚出现。值此一般管理理论诞生一百周年（1916~2016）之际,以时间发展为脉络,讨论一般管理理论的提出、延续、现代意义和未来价值。在回顾法约尔思想内涵的基础之上,对其所开创的管理过程学派的学术观点进行评述;同时,解读一般管理理论对中国本土管理学构建的借鉴意义,并展望未来研究的进展方向。Management field has made great progress in theoretical construction and academic arguments,ever since the year of 1911.During the last decades,various kinds of theoretical perspectives and schools came to birth.However,in celebration of the 100 th birthday（1916~2016）of general management theory,this article focuses on its birth,development,modern value and implications for future study.Based on the review of Fayol thoughts,the article comments the ideas and opinions of management process school,which was built by Fayol.In the end,the article illustrates the theoretical implications of general management theory for Chinese indigenous theory building research,and makes several prospects for future study.
