摘  要:采取了准东煤田部分生产井田煤样,研究了准东煤田煤岩特征与煤质及其工艺性能的关系,认为准东煤显微组分以惰质组为主,惰质组(去矿物基)含量为80%左右,惰质组分以半丝质体和丝质体为主,镜质组分为以基质镜质体为主。煤中的壳质体含量较低,主要以孢粉体、角质体和木栓质体为主,而矿物以黏土矿物为主。准东煤镜质组含量与煤的挥发分产率成正比,与哈氏可磨性指数成反比。准东煤高惰质组含量是准东煤高发热量的有利条件,其焦油产率较低与准东煤中的高惰质组含量有关。准东煤惰质组含量高并以丝质体、半丝质体为主的特点导致准东煤孔隙结构发育,其孔隙结构发育是准东煤高全水分含量、高反应活性的主要成因因素。The coal samples from part of the production field in Zhundong coal field were taken to research the relationship between the coal petrographic eharaeteristics, as well as the coal quality and the process performance. It is considered that inertinite group is the main maceral group, and the content of inertinite group is about 80% (no mineral containing), the semifusinite and fusinite are the main inerinite, desmocollinite is the main vitrinite. The exinite group content is relatively low, sporinite, cutininte and suberinite are the main exinite, and clay minerals is main mineral. The vitrinite content and volatile matter yield are positively related for Zhundong coal. The vitrinite content and the Hardgrove Grindability index of Zhundong coal are inversely related for Zhundong coal. The high inertinite group content is a favorable conditions for high calorific value of Zhundong coal. The high inertinite group content is the immediate cause of the low tar production rate. Inertinite group content of Zhundong coal is high, semifusinite and fusinite are the main inerinite, which are the reason of the developed pore structure, and the latter is the main formation cause for high moisture content, high reactivity in Zhundong coal.
