摘　　要：介绍了煤炭检测实验室的检测质量控制方法和原则,从人员管理、设备管理、样品管理、方法管理、环境管理、结果管理等方面对实验室检测质量控制申存在的问题进行探讨,并从加强人员培训、设备管理和样品管理工作,合理选择检测方法、重视检测环境及检测结果的控制等方面提出相应的完善对策,以期提高实验室的管理水平。This paper introduced the testing quality control method and principle of coal testing laboratory, from aspects such as staff management, equipment management, sample management, method management, environment management, result management, the existing problems in laboratory testing quality control were discussed, meanwhile, from aspects like enhancing the staff education, the equipment management, sample management, choosing the right testing method, paying attention to the testing environment and testing results control, the corresponding improving countermeasures were proposed, so that the management level of laboratory could be improved,
