摘　　要：从人员、设备、检测方法、样品、质量监控、数据等管理各环节探讨了加强煤科沧州煤质检测室的内部管理实践,采用分析各项目标准物质质控图、盲样检测、留样再测、人员比对、实验室比对、设备比对、测量审核和能力验证等措施,确保建立完善的质量管理体系以提高煤炭检测室的工作质量。The internal management of the coal quality testing of MEIKE （Cangzhou） was discussed from personnel, equipment, testing methods, samples, quality control, data and other aspects of management. The measurements like using standard material quality control chart, blind sample test, sample retention test, personnel comparison, laboratory comparison, equipment comparison, measurement audit and capability verification were adopted to ensure the establishment of a sound quality management system and to improve the working quality of the coal testing laboratory.
