摘　　要：探讨了马头洗选厂孙庄生产部在三产品重介工艺流程生产中为控制精煤质量所采取的相应措施,包括采用分选密度自动控制系统以控制精煤的灰分及使用离心脱水机控制精煤水分,加强生产过程管理以保证精煤质量,并在生产过程中形成了控制精煤质量的操作模板。The measures to control clean coal quality in three product dense medium process in Sun Zhuang Matou Coal Preparation Plant were discussed. Separation density automatic control system and centri{ugal dehydrator were used to control the ash content and moisture of clean coal. The production process management was strengthened to ensure the cleaned coal quality, and formed an operation template of the clean coal quality control.
