摘　　要：简要介绍了马头洗选厂孙庄选煤厂总体概况,叙述了孙庄选煤厂原煤准备车间运输系统和设备管理现状,通过加强原煤煤质管理、制定合理配煤入洗方案、改进入洗原煤系统中的设备控制技术以强化原煤入洗过程控制,可实现原煤系统优化及提高原煤入洗能力和质量,有效地提高了精煤产量和质量,增加了企业的经济效益。This paper introduced the general circumstance of Sunzhuang coal preparation plant in Matou washery, demonstrated the transportation system of raw coal preparation workshop and the equipment management status of Sunzhuang coal preparation plant, through enhancing the raw coal quality management, formulating the reasonable coal blending and preparation plan, improving the equipment control technology in raw coal washing system, the raw coal washing process control could be enhanced, so that the raw coal system optimization could be achieved and the raw coal washing capacity and quality could be improved, the clean coal yield and quality could be improved effectively as well, the economic profits could be increased as the result.
