船舶进出董家口港操纵危险性分析和风险控制

摘　　要：新建港口码头,对于船舶操纵人员来说,无论是引航员还是船长,都是陌生和未知的,预先了解船舶操纵的危险性和风险控制显得尤为重要。本文以青岛董家口港为例,对船舶从进出港航行到靠离泊操纵进行分析,通过大型船舶操纵模拟器试验,提出了控制方法和预防措施。New ports is strange and unknown for ship handling personnel, whether who was the pilot or captain. It is particularly important to understand risk of ship maneuvering and control it in advance. This paper analyzes the situation of berthing vessels entering and leaving Dongjiakou port, and proposes the method to control risk through the large ship manoeuvring Simulator experiments.
