摘　　要：当前铁路项目大规模建设发展,工程建设资金大量投入,取得最大的经济与社会效益,是当前铁路管理部门面临的重要课题之一。此文阐述了铁路工程投资控制的意义,指出在设计阶段投资控制中存在的主要问题,并结合工程实例分析了影响工程设计阶段投资的主要因素,探讨加强铁路工程设计阶段投资控制的措施和建议。Nowadays, railway projects have made a great development and large - scale construction accompanied with massive construction investments. So how to manage and control the railway construction investment effectively to achieve the maximum economic and social benefits has become one of the most important issues that Railway Administration Department meet. In this situation, this paper mainly expounds the significance of railway construction investment control, points out the main problems existing in the investment control on the design stage. Moreover, this paper evaluates the key factors affecting the construction investment based on the real engineering cases, and lists the methods and suggestions to improving railway construction investment control in the design stage.
