摘 要:为了进一步探索搅拌桨插入深度对脱硫效率的影响,降低铁水入炉硫含量。结合数值模拟与工业试验对不同KR搅拌桨插入深度下的铁水流场情况及对脱硫效率的影响进行了研究与试验。结果表明:当搅拌桨插入深度与铁水液面深度比值为0.287时,铁包内的上下环流循环区域基本一致;在宁波钢铁有限公司炼钢厂KR脱硫条件下,当搅拌桨插入深度为800mm时,铁水的脱硫效果最佳,脱硫后平均w(S)<20×10^(-6)。工业试验与数值模拟两结论基本吻合。In order to explore the effect of insertion depth of stirring paddle on desulfurization efficiency and to reduce the sulfur content of the molten iron charged into converter,the flow field of hot metal and desulfurization efficiency with different insertion depth of stirring paddle were investigated by numerical simulation and industrial test.The results show that when the stirring paddle insertion depth and height of fluid level ratio is 0.287,the upper and lower circulation area is almost consistent.And when the insertion depth is 800 mm in the industrial test,the average final sulfur mass fraction is lower than 20×10-6.The result of numerical and that of industrial test concide with each other.
