摘 要:针对某炼钢厂高碳钢类小方坯出现的形状紊乱、不规则振痕问题,通过对高碳钢表面振痕特征的观察,结合金相显微镜对典型缺陷位置纵断面腐蚀形貌的分析,探讨了铸坯异常振痕的形成过程。分析认为,铸坯与结晶器间润滑不良、摩擦阻力过大是导致高碳钢连铸坯表面出现振痕弯曲、外凸甚至铸坯表面搭结的主要原因。实践表明,通过将结晶器振动的振动频率及振幅分别降至180次/min、4.2~4.5mm,保护渣的黏度及熔化温度调整为0.18Pa·s、1 030℃,优化改善后,保护渣的消耗量从原来的0.18kg/t增加到0.31kg/t。最终,高碳钢的表面质量有了明显的改善,铸坯振痕平整、有规则,轧材结疤返废率由3%~4%降至1%以内,具有良好的应用效果。In order to explore the formation process of the abnormal oscillation marks for the high carbon steel in this paper,the surface and longitudinal section morphology of the abnormal oscillation marks was investigated by optical microscope analysis.The results indicated that insufficient lubrication and large frictional resistance between the billet and the mold were the main reasons to make the oscillation mark bended,protruding and even the formation of double skin.With the oscillation frequency and amplitude set as 180strike/min and 4.2-4.5mm,the viscosity and melting temperature of mold powder set as 0.18Pa·s and 1 030℃,the powder consumption was increased from 0.18kg/t to 0.31kg/t.At last,the surface quality of the billet was improved obviously,the oscillation marks had returned to normal,and the rejection ratio decreased from 3 %-4 %to less than 1 %.
