摘  要:现阶段国内手扶微耕机品牌众多,不同厂家产品各具特点,用户使用的情况也各不相同。针对用户的使用情况,对相关用户需求及部分潜在消费者的消费需求进行调查。调查过程中采用Kano模型,将用户的需求按不同类别进行分类,并计算各类需求的权重,然后按类别对用户需求进行重组,形成不同功能属性的产品需求组,再利用质量功能展开(QFD)将用户需求映射为工程设计需求,各类产品需求组分别转化为微耕机工程设计需求,确保微耕机的设计更好地满足用户的需求,也有利于构建微耕机产品的产品结构。设计方法对手扶微耕机产品设计更好地满足用户需求,使产品更好地立足市场具有重要的应用价值。Currently, there were many brands of domestic micro handheld tillers. The tillers from different factories had different characteristics. The usage status were also diversed from each other. According to the user situations, the relative user requiremnt and part of potential consumers requirement were investigated. The Kano model was adopted in the process of investigation. The user demands were classified according to the different categories to calculate the weight of all kinds of demand. The user demonds were recombined according to the category to form product need groups of different functional attributes. And then the user demand was mapped to engineering design requirement using the quality function deployment (QFD). All kinds of products demand groups were transformed into micro handheld tillers engineering design requirement to ensure that the design of micro handheld tiller could meet the user requirement better. It's also good for building product structure of micro tiller machine products. The design method met the user requirement better for the design of micro handheld tillers. This made the product had the application value based on the market better.
