摘 要:目的分析微型钢板内固定治疗Bennett骨折的临床疗效。方法自2009年5月至2014年5月,我们对20例Bennett骨折患者选择合适的微型钢板,行切开复位内固定治疗,必要时行韧带修复。结果术后所有患者均获得随访,时间为6~12个月,平均10个月。除1例患者出现退钉外,余均未出现断板、术后感染、骨折不愈合等并发症。根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优15例,良3例,中2例。结论切开复位微型钢板内固定治疗Bennett骨折,术后疗效满意,允许早期功能锻炼,为治疗Bennett骨折的有效手术方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of mini-plate internal fixation for the treatment of Bennett fractures. Methods From May 2009 to May 2014, 20 cases of Bennett fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using a mini plate. Ligament repair was done simultaneously when indicated. Results All the 20 patients were follow-up for 6 to 12 months with an average of 10 months. Loosening of the screw occurred in one case. No other complications such as broken plate, infection or bone nonunion were observed. According to the upper limb functional assessment criteria issued by the Hand Surgery Society of the Chinese Medical Association, the results were rated as excellent in 15 patients, good in 3 patients and fair in 2 patients. Conclusion Open reduction and mini-plate internal fixation is an effective surgical procedure for treating Bennett fractures. It allows early rehabilitation and leads to satisfactory functional outcomes.
