核电厂汽轮机润滑油进水的原因分析及处理

摘　　要：秦三厂汽轮机润滑油系统曾发生过进水事件,通过轴封系统、排烟管道及冷油器泄漏等途径,水进入润滑油系统中,导致润滑油的油质恶化,影响系统功能的实现。本文简要介绍润滑油系统的主要功能及系统控制,重点分析润滑油系统进水的原因,并提出处理方法和改进措施,以防止润滑油中进水,保持润滑油品质合格,使润滑油系统实现润滑和冷却功能。There was event occurred in lubricating oil system TQNPC,water may enter the lubricating oil system through the gland sealing system,lampblack piping and the oil heat exchanger.As a result.the oiliness of the lubricating oil will be deteriorated,and the system function is impacted.The article recommends the main function and the system control.It also mostly analyses the reason of the water entered into the oil system, and tables some proposals on how to avoid it happens,and prevent the water entered into the lubricating oil,ensure lubricating oil system revolve normally,
