摘　　要：泛珠九省(区)在应急管理方面的合作处于全国领先水平。通过对九省(区)的应急干部进行问卷调查研究,泛珠九省(区)应急管理干部对目前应急管理发展情况总体评价较好,他们已经对重大突发事件形成基本共识,同时也认为当前重大突发事件政府应急管理也存在一定的问题。泛珠九省(区)应急管理人员根据当前的应急管理规律与问题,应进一步建设与完善运作机制同,变革当前的管理模式,构建相应的政府应急管理新的体系,加强合作机制建设。On the basis of the study on emergency management status of Pan Pearl Nine Provinces, we found that the devel- opment of our government emergency management at all levels is not very good. The leading cadres have reached consensus on the basic understanding of major incidents; there also have some problems exist in the government＇s management system, and the cadres in charge need to study more about the law of emergency management and the government emergency man- agement model. The investigation points out that cadres need to understand the current situation of major events, reform the current management mode, and build the new system of government emergency management accordingly.
