摘 要:选取渗流法制备的泡沫铝材料,测试其内部连通性、表面结构和孔径对其电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明:小孔径泡沫铝材料具有较高的屏蔽效能,平均孔径为0.3mm的泡沫铝的屏蔽幅值在70~110dB之间;增大泡沫铝的表面反射面积可以提高材料对低频电磁波(f〈1000 MHz)的屏蔽效能;Aluminum alloy foams were prepared by the infiltration casting method.The effects of the internal connectivity,surface structure and the cell diameter on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness(ESE)of aluminum alloy foams were studied.The results show that the shielding effectiveness of the aluminum alloy foam with smaller cell diameter is better than that with larger cell diameter.The ESE values of the aluminum alloy foam with the cell diameter d=0.3mm were within the range 70-110 dB.The shielding effectiveness against the low frequency electromagnetic wave(f1000 MHz)can be improved by increasing the surface reflection area of the foams.The shielding effectiveness against the medium frequency electromagnetic wave(1000 MHzf2000 MHz)can be improved by increasing the internal connectivity of the foams.
