摘 要:设计合成了3种醇胺离子液体-DBU(1,8-二氮杂二环[5.4.0]十一碳-7-烯)混合吸收液,分别研究纯醇胺离子液体和醇胺离子液体-DBU混合吸收液对SO2的吸收性能及吸收机理。实验结果表明:向吸收液中通入SO2气体30min后吸收均达到饱和状态,各吸收液对SO2的吸收容量顺序为:三乙醇胺氨基磺酸盐-DBU>二乙醇胺氨基磺酸盐-DBU>乙醇胺氨基磺酸盐-DBU三乙醇胺氨基磺酸盐>二乙醇胺氨基磺酸盐>乙醇胺氨基磺酸盐,说明DBU的加入大幅提高了吸收液的吸收容量而不改变其达到平衡的时间。吸收液吸收SO2前后的红外图谱和核磁氢谱表明:纯醇胺离子液体吸收SO2为物理吸收,醇胺离子液体-DBU混合吸收液吸收SO2为化学吸收和物理吸收共同作用。SO2的吸收-解吸的循环实验表明:两类吸收液稳定性好,可回收利用。Three types of hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids-DBU mixtures were designed and synthesized. The absorption and mechanism of SO2 by pure hydroxyl ammonium IL and hydroxyl ammonium IL-DBU mixtures were investigated, respectively. The order of absorption systems on the SO2 adsorption capacity was tris-(2-hydroxyethyl ammonium) sulfamate-DBU) bis-(2-hydroxyethyl ammonium) sulfamate-DBU~〉 2-hydroxyethyl ammonium sulfamate- DBU〉〉tris-(2-hydroxyethyl ammonium) sulfamate)bis-(2-hydroxyethyl ammonium) sulfamate〉2-hydroxyethyl am- monium sulfamate, the capture reactions all reached saturation after about 0.5 h. The adding of DBU greatly improves the absorption capacity without changing the time to reach equilibrium state. The structure of ILs and ILs-DBU before and after the absorption were determined by IR and 1 HNMR characterization. The results show that the hydroxyl ammonium IL for capturing SOs was purely physical absorption, while physical and chemical absorption both existed in capture of SOs hy hydroxyl ammonium ionic liquids-DBU mixtures. The results of SO2 absorption and desorption cycle also show that ILs and ILs DBU both have good stability and could be recycled.
