摘　　要：通过均相研磨和高温焙烧方法,实现了La_2O_3对ZnO掺杂处理。XRD、FT-IR和SEM分析结果表明,采用La2O3对ZnO进行掺杂,改变了ZnO形态结构。La2O3对ZnO的掺杂处理能显著提高ZnO对天然橡胶硫化反应的促进作用,缩短硫化时间。即使用量减半,La2O3-d-ZnO依然能使硫化时间缩短,但基本上不影响硫化胶的交联密度和力学性能。The zinc oxide was doped with lanthanum oxide by milling homogenously and high temperature calcinations.The XRD,FTIR and SEM analyses demonstrated that the crystal morphology of zinc oxide had been changed by doping with lanthanum oxide.The doping of zinc oxide with lanthanum oxide could increase the activation of zinc oxide on the vulcanization of natural rubber.The vulcanization time could also be shortened by zinc oxide doped with lanthanum oxide with no adverse impacts on the crosslinking density and mechanical properties of vulcanizate,even half amount of zinc oxide was used in the vulcanization recipe.
