摘  要:活性炭(Activated carbon,AC)是一种具有丰富孔隙结构和巨大比表面积的碳质吸附材料,在污水净化领域具有潜在的应用价值。将活性炭分散于壳聚糖和甲基丙烯酸溶液中聚合,制备改性活性炭材料,然后通过吸水率、红外、热重和SEM对其表征,并通过煤泥水的絮凝实验对其絮凝能力进行研究。结果表明,该方法将壳聚糖和甲基丙烯酸接枝聚合在活性炭表面,改善活性炭的亲水性。煤泥水的絮凝实验表明,改性活性炭AC-CS-MA18对煤泥水具有良好的絮凝能力。通过改善活性炭表面亲水性的方法可以提高对煤泥水的吸附净化效果,具有重要的应用前景。Activated carbon(AC)has potential applications in the fields of sewage purification due to its rich pore structure and huge surface area.The modified activated carbon was prepared by free radical polymerization of chitosan,methacrylic acid and activated carbon.The modified activated carbon was characterized by water absorption,IR,TG and SEM.The coal slime sedimentation experiments of the modified activated carbon was also examined.The results suggested that the method of modified AC-CS-MA18 had a good flocculation ability of coal slurry through grafting polymerization of chitosan and methacrylic acid.The method of improving the hydrophilic of activated carbon surface can improve the absorption of slime water purification effect.
