摘  要:为了研究U-cor增强泡沫夹层结构的剪切性能,使用ABAQUS进行了有限元分析。基于三维渐进损伤分析方法,通过用户子程序编写了复合材料本构;基于细观几何结构,假设周期性条件并建立了单胞模型。通过分析得到U-cor的剪切强度和损伤过程,并进行试验验证。结果表明:无论是承受纬向剪切载荷还是经向剪切载荷,首先发生损伤的都是中间层泡沫;纬向剪切强度大于经向剪切强度;试验值与计算结果误差较小,证明了有限元模型是准确的。该研究成果可为U-cor的剪切强度预测提供可靠的仿真方法。In order to study the tension performance of U-cor reinforced foam sandwish structure,the software Abaqus was used for the Finite element analysis.The constitutive equations for composite was programmed simulate the damage progression by UMAT subroutine,though applying the three-dimensional progressive damage analysis(PDA).The periodic boundary conditions was assumed and the cell model was set up based on the Geometric microstructure.The shear strength and damage progression were obtained though analysis,and the result was verified by experiment.The result showed:the parts damaged at first under warp-shear or weft-shear is middle-layer foam;the warp-shear strength is larger than the weft-shear strength;the theoretical prediction coincides with the experimental data well,proving the model was accurate.The research fruit was reliable to provide simulation method for the shear strength prediction of U-cor reinforced foam sandwish structure.
