摘 要:形状记忆合金(SMA)是一种新型功能材料,不仅具有形状记忆效应、超弹性等功能特性,还具有良好的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性和综合力学性能。SMA能在一定温度下恢复形状并产生较大的回复力,被认为是驱动件、密封件、温控件的理想材料,在石油工程领域有着广泛的应用。介绍了SMA的发展、种类以及SMA的形状记忆效应、超弹性机制,综述了石油工程SMA在管接头、封隔器和内补口、堵漏等方面的应用和研究进展,对SMA今后的发展进行了展望。Shape memory alloy(SMA) is a new functional material. It not only provides the functional proper ties such as shape memory effect and hyperelasticity, but also has the excellent corrosion resistance, abrasion resis- tance and mechanical properties. Because the shape recovery appears at a certain temperature and large shape resilience is produced through the process of reversion, SMA is considered to be an ideal material for the drives, seals and tem- perature controls, which has been widely used in petroleum engineering. The development and classification of SMA as well as the shape memory effect and super flexible mechanisms are introduced, the application and research of pe- troleum engineering SMA on the pipe joint, packer, internal joint coating, leak stoppage are reviewed. The development prospects and research directions in the future are discussed in the end.
