摘  要:以轻烧氧化镁、氯化镁、硫酸镁等为原料制备了镁系无机胶黏剂。为改善其吸潮返卤问题,以分别占氧化镁质量1%的磷酸、氯化铁、正硅酸乙酯作为抗卤外加剂,对镁系胶黏剂进行了单一改性和复配改性。通过吸湿增重测试探究了不同改性剂的抗卤效果,并采用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了胶黏剂的界面形貌。研究结果表明,复配改性的效果优于单一改性,磷酸、氯化铁、正硅酸乙酯三者同时改性效果最优,改性剂复合使用能对镁系无机胶黏剂的抗卤效果起到协同作用。Magnesium-based inorganic adhesive was prepared with light-burned magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate as raw materials. In order to improve the hygroscopic brine hack problem, we carried out single modification and compound modification using phosphoric acid, ferric chloride and TEOS as the anti-halogen admixture which add the amount for the mass ratio of magnesium oxide was 1 %. The anti-halogen effect of different modifiers was explored by weigh from absorbing moisture, and the interface topography of adhesive was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that compound modification was better than single modifi- cation. The anti-halogen effect was the best when simultaneously modified with phosphoric acid, ferric chloride and TEOS. Furthermore, anti-halogen modifiers used together can play a synergistic effect to magnesium-based inorganic adhesive.
