摘　　要：介绍了以能源环境材料为特色的功能材料产业技术人才培养模式。该模式主要通过建设新型课程体系、建立科研与教学紧密结合机制、创建高水平产学研实践基地、建设高水平师资队伍、组建国家(省部)级专业委员会和分会组织等5项措施,实现了功能材料产业技术人才培养,取得了显著的成效。This paper introduces training mode for functional materials technological talents characterized by energy and environment materials. In order to train functional materials technological talents, five measures were car- ried out as following. The new course system, combining mechanisms of scientific research and teaching, high levels practical base for produce, teaching and research, high levels of teachers, the state （province） professional committee and the branch level organization were built up, respectively. The functional materials technological talents cultivation has been realized. And significant achievements have been obtained.
