摘 要:阐述管道腐蚀缺陷各种评价方法的理论基础,以用于分析因塑性破坏机制而在内部压力和轴向荷载共同作用下失效的中-高韧性钢材腐蚀缺陷的弹塑性行为的分析模型、给出相应评价方法的公式。并对国内外腐蚀剩余强度评价模型进行初步比选,确定最优的腐蚀缺陷评价方法。为此选择某条输油管道在试运行阶段发生的腐蚀缺陷为案例进行评价得出结果,根据相应的规范制定相应的维修计划,用于以最低的保守程度预测内部压力下单个缺陷的剩余强度,进而显著降低管道维护和修理成本。The theoretical basic was described in order to analysis the models of elastic plastic behavior for midhigh toughness steel failure under the combined internal pressure and axial loadings. Accordingly, assessment equa- tions were developed. By comparing the estimate models for residual strength assessment, the optimized assessment method was determined for corrosion flaw assessment. Then, a certain petroleum pipeline was taken as an example to calumniate the resident strength of the corrosion flaws during commission phase. Appropriate maintenance plan ac- cording to specific codes and standards was developed. As a result, on the basis of pipeline safety, the cost of pipelinemaintenance and repair was reduced significantly.
