摘 要:为了改进现行规范集料磨光值评价方法,开发出非曲面、不易断裂掉粒、样本量充足的集料板试件及其制备工艺与结构组合;根据自研仪器——自动化测试路面材料动态摩擦系数的"集料/沥青混合料摩擦特性测试仪",提出集料板抗滑耐磨性能测试方法与评价指标;研究了不同岩性集料及互掺集料的抗滑性能衰变规律,分别从主要矿物成分、产出条件与结构构造上分析了不同岩性集料板抗滑性能的差异性;互掺集料的抗滑耐磨性能相比弱者达到强弱结合偏强的效果,不同岩性集料互掺技术有待成为抗滑表层选材技术的新方向;自主创新集料板抗滑耐磨性能自动化评价体系更能综合体现集料本身的抗滑耐磨性能,可用于沥青路面抗滑表层室内快速选材的新型检测方法。In order to improve the evaluation method polished stone value of aggregates in existing specifications,the aggregate plate specimen which has advantages as non-curved surface,not easy break and peel off,large-scale samples and so on is developed,and the preparation process and structure combination are also developed. The testing method and evaluation indexes of skid-resistance and wear-resistance performance of aggregate plate is put forward based on the self developed friction characteristic tester for automated testing dynamic friction coefficient of aggregates and asphalt mixtures. Then,the decay law of skid-resistance of aggregates with different lithology and blending technology is studied,and their differences of skid-resistance are analyzed from points of main mineral components,production conditions and the structure and texture. Besides,the skid-resistance and wear-resistance performance of blending aggregates achieve enhanced effect than the weaker one are analysed,so the blending technology of aggregates with different lithology leads a new direction for selecting the materials for anti-skid surface. The independent innovated automated evaluation system for skid-resistance and wear-resistance performances of aggregate can be as a novel testing method for quickly selecting materials for asphalt pavement surface,because it can more comprehensively reflect the skid-resistance and wear-resistance performances of aggregates.
