PACS系统应用于影像专业学生提高实践技能的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨PACS系统应用于医学影像专业学生提高实践技能的效果分析。方法选取2015年7月—2016年7月齐齐哈尔医学院在该院影像科实习的120名医学影像系实习生,作为研究对象。将120名实习生分为研究组与对照组,每组60人,其中研究组基于PACS系统进行医学影像学教学,对照组学生接受传统授课模式教学,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、阅片能力成绩及教学满意度测评。结果考试测验结果显示,研究组学生医学影像学理论考试成绩、阅片能力成绩及教学满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PACS系统在医学影像学教学中的应用,提高了教学质量,丰富了教学资源,提高了学生的学习兴趣,同时,学生通过接触更多的影像资料,还明显提高了学生的理论考试成绩、阅片能力及教学满意度。] Objective To study and analyze the application effect of PACS system in im proving the practice skill of studentsin im aging major. Methods 120 cases of undergraduates in the m edical im aging m ajor in our hospital from July 2015 to Ju ly2016 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the research group carriedout the m edical im aging teaching based on PACS system, and the control group adopted the traditional class model forteaching, and the theoretical exam ination score, read ability score and teaching satisfactory degree of the two groups were evaluatedand com pared. Results The exam ination test result showed that the m edical im aging theoretical exam ination score,read ability score and teaching satisfactory degree in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of PACS system inm edical im aging teaching, im prove the quality of teaching,enrich the teaching resources, improve the students＇interest in learning, at the same tim e, the student throughcontact more im age inform ation, also significantly increasedthe theory test scores, reading ability of studentsand teaching satisfaction.
