Survey of Status of Hospital Administration Duty and Strategies and Sugges-tions——Taking General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University as an Example

摘  要:目的调查分析医院行政总值班现状,探讨存在的主要问题及应对策略。方法选取该院2014年9月—2015年12月行政总值班事件记录档案,并采用调查问卷对该院100名临床医师进行问卷调查,重点了解当前行政总值班处理事件的情况及存在的主要问题。结果在行政总值班处理值班事件中,协调医生、床位的情况发生次数最多,达274次;其次为开通绿色通道事件,219次;第三为记录患者擅自离院事件,191次。临床医师认为行政总值班在处理事件存在的问题中:无人告知行政总值班职能,占69.00%;行政对临床及医技运作或医疗流程不熟悉,占54.00%;第三为处理问题主观意识太强,给予临床指导性不够与值班成员配置不合理,均占42.00%。结论进一步完善行政总值班制度,加强技能培训,有利于提升行政总值班质量。Objective To survey and analyze the status of hospital administration duty and study the main issues and countermeasures. Methods The administration duty event records in our hospital from September 2014 to December 2015 were selected and 100 cases of clinical physicians in our hospital were surveyed by questionnaires, and the status and main issues of current administration duty handling events were especially known. Results In the administration duty handling events, the occurrence frequency of coordinating doctors and beds was the most, reaching 274 times, opening green channel event was the second, reaching 219 times, recording the event of leaving hospitals without permission, reaching 191 tines.The clinical physicians supposed that the main issues of administration duty handling events, nobody told them administration duty function, accounting for 69.00%, unfamiliar with clinic and medical operation or medical course, accounting for54.00%, and the subjective awareness of handling problems was too strong and the clinical guidance was insufficient and duty member allocation was unreasonable, respectively accounting for 42.00%. Conclusion We should further improve the administration duty system and enhance the skill training, which is conducive to improving the administration duty quality.
