摘 要:目的应用秩和比法评价儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率,并与功效系数法进行比较。方法应用秩和比法对2015年度第一季度某地儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率资料进行排序和分类分析。结果 2015年度第一季度各接种单位的排序结果为新建(RSR=0.9951)>土城子(RSR=0.9703)>民主(RSR=0.9606)>左家(RSR=0.9274)>兴华(RSR=0.8324)>东局子(RSR=0.7994)>孤店子(RSR=0.7792)>文庙(RSR=0.7619)>通江(RSR=0.7325)>双吉(RSR=0.7318)>桦皮厂(RSR=0.6482)>哈达(RSR=0.6457)>两家子(RSR=0.4573)>虹园村(RSR=0.3068),前八家接种单位属于"好"水平,后两家接种单位属于"差"水平,其余接种单位属于"中"水平。结论秩和比法和功效系数法的评价结果一致,两种方法均可用于儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率的综合评价。Objective To evaluate the children expanded programme on immunization vaccination rate by the rank sum ratio and compare it with the efficacy coefficient method. Methods The data of children expanded programme on immunization vaccination rate in some place in the first season in 2015 was sequenced, classified and analyzed. Results The results of various vaccination units in the first season in 2015 was xinjian(RSR=0.9951) >tuchengzi(RSR=0.9703)>minzhu(RSR=0.9606)>zuojia(RSR=0.9274)>xinghua(RSR=0.8324)>dongjuzi(RSR=0.7994)>gudianzi(RSR=0.7792)>wenmiao(RSR=0.7619)>tongjiang(RSR =0.7325) >shuangji(RSR =0.7318) >huapichang(RSR =0.6482) >hada(RSR =0.6457) >liangjiazi(RSR =0.4573) >hongyuancun(RSR=0.3068), the vaccination level of the top eight was good, of the last two was bad, and of others was middle. Conclusion The evaluation result of rank sum ratio and efficacy coefficient method is consistent, both methods can be used for the general evaluation of children expanded programme on immunization vaccination rate.
