标准预防措施在门诊口腔科护理防护中的应用探析

摘　　要：目的探究标准预防措施在门诊口腔科护理防护中的应用。方法选取该院2014年2月—2016年2月门诊口腔科护理情况和10名护理人员作为研究对象,采取标准预防措施进行干预后,观察分析干预前后两组的护理工作情况和院内感染率,护理人员手部卫生执行率,环境卫生学的监测情况和诊疗器械合格率。结果干预后的感染发生率(96%)低于干预前患者的感染发生率(74%),护理工作质量(96.13±3.97)高于干预前患者的护理质量(86.78±4.21),护理人员手部卫生执行率(88.85%)优于干预前护理人员的手部卫生执行率(60.36%),环境卫生学监测合格率(98.98%)和诊疗器械合格率(96%)高于干预前的环境卫生学监测合格率(47.7%)和诊疗器械合格率(82%)两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊口腔科护理防护中采取标准预防措施进行护理,可有效的提高护理质量,降低科院内感染的发生率,提高护理人员的手部卫生执行率,环境卫生学的监测合格率和诊疗器械合格率。Objective To study the application of standard precautions in the prevention of outpatient nursing in the department of stomatology. Methods In our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 and 10 outpatient department of Stomatology nursing nursing staff as the research object, adopt the standard prevention intervention, observation and analysis of two groups before and after the intervention of nursing work and the hospital infection rate, nursing staff hand hygiene execution rate, monitoring and diagnosis instrument of environmental hygiene qualification rate. Results The intervention of the infection rate(96%) than before intervention in patients with infection rate(74%), the quality of nursing work(96.13 ±3.97)higher than the quality of nursing intervention before patients(86.78 ±4.21), nursing staff hand hygiene execution rate(88.85%) than the hand hygiene intervention of nursing staffs before the execution rate(60.36%), environmental monitoring qualification rate(98.98%) and the qualified rate of medical instruments(96%) higher than that before the intervention of environmental hygiene monitoring qualified rate(47.7%) and the qualified rate of medical instruments(82%) between the two groups was significant(P<0.05), there was statistical significance. Conclusion The standard precautions in the outpatient nursing in the department of stomatology can effectively improve the nursing quality, reduce the incidence rate of hospital infection and improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene of nursing staff, environmental hygiene monitoring and qualified rate of diagnosis devices.
