摘　　要：目的了解海陵区孕期妇女的梅毒预防知识知晓情况,为制定梅毒防治策略提供依据。方法选取2015年在泰州市妇幼保健院进行孕期检查的400名孕妇为调查对象,用自行设计调查表,对其进行梅毒预防知识知晓率的调查。结果调查孕妇400名,梅毒预防知识知晓率为79.5%。"梅毒病人的性伴需要去医院检查吗?"知晓率最高,为95.5%;"梅毒会增加艾滋病的传播吗?"知晓率最低,仅57.5%。知晓率以>40岁年龄组最高,为100.0%,20岁以下年龄组最低,为40.0%。不同年龄组知晓率之间差异有统计学意义。孕妇文化程度越高其梅毒知识知晓率也越高,差异有统计学意义。结论该区孕妇人群的梅毒预防知识知晓率仍处于低水平,应加强梅毒防治知识宣教工作,开展有针对性的宣传教育,提高孕产妇知晓率,增强其防护意识。Objective To know the awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge of delivery women in Hailing District in2015 and provide basis for making prevention strategies of syphilis. Methods 400 cases of delivery women with examination during pregnancy in our hospital were selected as the survey objects, and the awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge was surveyed by the self-made questionnaires. Results In the 400 cases of delivery women, the awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge was 79.5%, the awareness rate of single issue that does the sex partner of syphilis patient need to go to a hospital for examination was the highest of 95.5%, and the awareness rate of can syphilis increase the spread of AIDS was the lowest of 57.5%, and the awareness rate of people whose age was more than 40 was the highest of100%, and the awareness rate of people whose age was less than 20 was lowest of 40%, and the difference in the awareness rate between different age groups had statistical significance, and the higher the educational degree of delivery women, the higher the awareness rate of syphilis knowledge, and the difference had statistical significance. Conclusion The awareness rate of syphilis prevention knowledge of delivery women in our district is still at a low level, and we should enhance the education work of syphilis prevention knowledge, carry out the targeted education and publicity, improve the awareness rate of delivery rate and enhance the protection awareness.
