摘 要:本文采用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对四针状氧化锌进行表面改性,并用其制备了有机硅/四针状氧化锌复合改性聚氨酯。探讨了四针状氧化锌含量对材料的热学性能、力学性能和抗静电性能的影响,并比较了有机硅/四针状氧化锌复合改性聚氨酯与四针状氧化锌/聚氨酯复合材料的热学、力学、表面性能、抗静电性能及耐候性。T-ZnOw was modified with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,then it was introduced into polyurethane to prepare TZnOw / polyurethane composite. The mechanical properties,thermal properties,electrical properties and weathering resistance of TZnOw / polyurethane composite were studied. It was found that,with the increment of T-ZnOw,the tensile strength,heat resistance and weathering resistance of T-ZnOw / polyurethane composite increased firstly,and then decreased,while the elongation at break declined gradually,the surface resistivity decreased significantly. T- ZnOw / polyurethane composite was further modified with monohydroxypropyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane to obtain organosilicon / T-ZnOw / polyurethane composite,which demonstrated better thermal stability,surface properties and weathering resistance in comparison with T-ZnOw / polyurethane composite.
