红花酒精湿热敷加喜辽妥在保护动静脉内瘘血管中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨有效保护维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理方法。方法:选择80例维持性血液透析患者,血管通路均为动静脉内瘘;随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,其中观察组血液透析后采用红花酒精湿敷后再涂抹喜辽妥软膏,对照组单纯涂抹喜辽妥软膏,比较两种护理动静脉内瘘方法的疗效。结果:观察组在血管狭窄、假性动脉瘤、静脉瘤样扩张、内瘘阻塞的发生率等并发症方面明显低于对照组(P<0.01),血管穿刺疼痛感评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:红花酒精加喜辽妥涂抹动静脉内瘘,能有效减少动静脉患者的血管并发症,延长动静脉内瘘寿命,并能降低患者的穿刺疼痛感,操作方法简单,是一种有效的护理动静脉内瘘方法。Objctive： To investigate the effective nursing methods to protect the arteriovenous fistula of maintainance hemodialysis patients. Methods： 80 patients using internal arteriovenous fistula were equally assigned into control and observation groups. In the observation group,patients were treated with wet-hot packing of safflower alcohol with hirudoid ointment,and the control group were treated with hirudoid ointment alone. Results： The occurrence rate of the complication（P〈0. 01）,such as vascular sclerosis/blood flow volume/fistuk stenosis,and the vascular puncture pain score（P〈0. 05） were much lower in the observation group. Conclusion： The hot-wet packing of safflower alcohol with hirudoid ointment,simplicity to operate,can reduce the complication rate in internal arteriovenous fistula and effectively lengthen the duration of internal arteriovenous fistula for maintainance hemodialysis.
