摘　　要：目的:本研究主要探讨湿疹纳米乳膏的抗炎实验,初步探讨其治疗慢性湿疹的作用机制,为湿疹纳米乳膏治疗慢性湿疹提供实验依据和理论依据。方法:采用大剂量致敏,小剂量多次激发的方法造慢性湿疹动物模型,以尤卓尔软膏为对照,观察湿疹纳米乳膏对该模型的作用。结果:湿疹纳米乳膏可抑制二硝基氯苯所导致小鼠耳结痂形成、抑制小鼠耳肿胀情况、减轻真皮淋巴细胞的浸润。结论:低中高浓度的湿疹纳米乳膏均对慢性湿疹模型有抗炎效果,中浓度疗效尤佳。Objective： This research is for the purpose of confirming the effect of Eczema Nano emulsion Cream in Anti-inflammatory,and to explore its action mechanism. In the meanwhile,offering experimental data to the research of Eczema Nano emulsion Cream curing Chronic Eczema. Methods： The use of large doses of allergens,the method of making low-dose and multiple challenges in animal models of chronic eczema to Youzhuoer ointment as a control,to observe the effect of eczema cream Nano model. Results： Eczema Nano cream inhibits dinitrochlorobenzene mouse ear caused by scab,inhibition of mouse ear swelling circumstances,reduce dermal lymphocytic infiltration. Conclusion： Nano eczema cream low in the high concentrations of mice with chronic dermatitis and eczema have some anti-inflammatory effects,concentration in the best curative effect.
