温通止痛膏对类风湿性关节炎风寒湿痹阻证模型大鼠的治疗作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察和研究温通止痛膏对类风湿性关节炎风寒湿痹阻证模型大鼠的治疗作用。方法:取70只大鼠,随机分成7组,即空白组、对照组、海马万应膏组、高剂量温通止痛膏组、高剂量温通止痛膏+灸疗组、中剂量温通止痛膏组、低剂量温通止痛膏组,每组10只。除空白组外,置其他6组大鼠于寒湿环境中,给各组大鼠注射弗氏完全佐剂初次免疫,20d后再次注射弗氏完全佐剂继发免疫,造模成功后按分组实验方案给药,观察各项检测数据。结果:6组大鼠造模后的足容积与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。海马万应膏组、高剂量温通止痛膏组、高剂量温通止痛膏+灸疗组、中剂量温通止痛膏组、低剂量温通止痛膏组大鼠上药后的足容积与本组上药前比较,足肿胀程度有所降低,但与对照组大鼠比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。高剂量温通止痛膏+灸疗组、温通高剂量组、温通中剂量组的抗链球菌溶血素、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子检测值与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温通止痛膏对类风湿性关节炎风寒湿痹阻证模型大鼠有明显的治疗作用。Objective： To observe and study of Wentong Zhitong ointment on rheumatoid arthritis of cold and dampness stagnation syndrorme model rats and its therapeutic effect. Methods： 70 rats were randomly divided into 7 groups,control group,model group,hippocampus panchrest ointment group,high dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group,high dose Wentong Zhitong ointment ＋ moxibustion group and middle dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group,low dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group,10 rats in each group. Except the blank group,the other 6 rats in cold environment,give the rats injected with complete Freund＇s adjuvant immunization,20 d after injection of complete Freund＇s adjuvant secondary immunization,after injecting administered according to the grouping experiment,observe the detection data. Results： There was significant difference in the volume of the foot between the rats in each group and the blank group（P〈0. 05）. In the ointment group,high dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group,high dose Wentong Zhitong Zhitong ointment ＋moxibustion group and middle dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group,low dose Wentong Zhitong ointments and medicine ointment foot volume rats after medicine before group,foot swelling degree decreased,but with the model group rats there was no significant difference（P〉0. 05）. High dose Wentong Zhitong ointment ＋ moxibustion group,high dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group,middle dose Wentong Zhitong ointment group antistrptolysin,C reactive protein and rheumatoid factor detection value compared with the model group,there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Wentong Zhitong ointment has obvious curative effect on rheumatoid arthritis of cold and dampness stagnation syndrorme model rats.
