摘　　要：随着信息、网络和计算技术的快速发展,记录人类社会实践活动的大数据在社会经济各层面、各领域的应用已经引起了人们日益广泛的重视。统计学作为大数据价值得以实现的重要支撑性学科,具有举足轻重的地位。因此,探讨了大数据背景下统计学人才的应用前景,同时归纳了部分高校统计学人才培养模式及其存在的突出问题。据此,基于大数据驱动下学科交叉发展的视角,从人才培养目标和规格、人才培养主体构建与分工、人才培养方法与手段、专业课程设置等方面探讨了统计学专业人才培养模式。With the rapid development of information, networking and computing technologies, it has begun to attract widespread attention for the big datas applications about the recording of human social practice in various fields of the socio- economic. It plays a decisive role for statistics in accelerating the application value of the big data. This paper discusses the application prospect of statistics base on big data background, then systematically introduces and surnrnarizes the personnel training mode and the outstanding problems of some colleges in China Accordingly, the paper explores personnel training mode of statistics talent for big data background base on the perspective of training objectives and specifications, body construction and personnel training division, training methods and means, professional curriculum design.
