摘　　要：结合实践经验,分析了定额计价模式与清单计价模式的优缺点,并探讨了建筑工程结算中有效应用定额与清单计价的策略,指出随着我国经济的快速发展,清单定价模式将会被广泛应用。Combining with the practical experience,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the quota pricing model and bill of quantities,explores the strategies for the effective application of the quota and bill of quantities in the architectural engineering settlement,and points out the bill pricing model can be extensively applied along with the speedy development of the economy in China.
